A “One Man Bluesband”: It’s quicker to list the instruments Frank Plagge doesn’t play than those he does: the multi-instrumentalist often plays several simultaneously and mainly sings danceable, feel-good blues and roots music, but also rock, pop, and ballads. He accompanies himself with dobro/slide guitar, bass drum, hi-hat, 2 snare drums, and also has a kazoo and harmonica in his repertoire. Throughout his career, Frank Plagge has also released many of his own songs, some of which are featured on his latest album, “Each and Everyday.”
